After graduating summa cum laude from New York University (NYU), Christina spent two years traveling around the world studying traditional modalities of healing. She received her certification as a holistic health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and her M.S. in nutrition and integrative health from Maryland University of Integrative Health. She currently works with clients all over the world in her nutrition practice, Vittas Wellness.
Christina helps clients reach personalized wellness goals using an integrative, functional medicine approach - one that considers biochemistry while also examining the very important social, cultural, environmental, and spiritual factors that influence well-being. She uses a combination of nutritional therapy, supplements, herbal medicine, stress management, detoxification, and lifestyle changes to support physical and emotional health and leave people feeling their best. She specializes in helping people with digestive issues, blood sugar problems, and cognitive disorders (including depression/anxiety).
